A social media website for learning languages, by Gordon Maloney
For his final project in the Nucamp Full Stack Bootcamp, Gordon Maloney, created a social media, microblogging website for people learning languages.
Gordon's website, Lingr, functions as a space to post messages in the language you are learning where native speakers can reply, interact, and correct any mistakes.
Users can create a profile, set a user icon, specify correction preferences, and even receive notification updates.
The timeline can be filtered by language and there is an additional feature to save phrases and download them into a spreadsheet for use in flashcards.
